Hi There, I am working on earning a Funded Account with Topstep and am considering switching from another platform to SC, primarily since you support TPO charts. Two questions:

Question 1: If I am subscribing to your platform and Topstep sets me up with the Cunningham broker, am I still able to access the TPO and Tick charts? My understanding is that I would be able to as long as I purchase the "Advanced Service Package (5)" from you all. Is that correct?

Question 2: What payment options are available for the Advances Service Package (5)? Assuming that I would subscribe to your platform via a credit card and the Advances Service Package would be debited from the same credit card used to subscribe to the platform. Please advise.

1) We absolutely definitively do not recommend you use CTS with Top Step Trader . We are providing no support for that at all and it is strongly advised against. You are on your own if you do and please do not bring any problems to us.

2) Sierra Chart does not have an automatic billing process to your credit card. Rather, you have funds in your Sierra Chart account, and you would need to add funds as necessary. Full documentation is here:

Sorry, not trying to bring any problems. Is CTS an issue for both their SIM and LIVE trading? I thought that CTS LIVE might not have the issues that working in their SIM environment does. Please advise.

Also, could you please provide a list of brokerages that you support or most commonly used with SC?

Ok, good to know.

So, if I am trading on Topstep LIVE with Cunningham (how they set it up,) I will be able to purchase Service Package 5 through your credits and power TPO and Tick Charts through the platform, correct? This setup is with CME Professional Data, thank you.
