Something is definitely wrong with data feed and maybe order routing as well. Data is probably delayed and maybe my orders today didn't get executed even tough sierrachart says it did.

If you notice any data delays it would be a case specific to your Internet connectivity between your computer and the server. There are no delays that we observe.

Refer to this section to reduce bandwidth:

If you have any questions about your orders or Positions contact your broker. Certainly all fills you see in the Trade Activity Log which are not simulated, are real executions:

Thank you. I will try to make the reduction to my needed bandwidth. I freaked out since before there was a case with my account that the delay was caused by the datafeed: ticked id: 1578323703892

How much of a delay were you seeing? We see no reason why you would be getting the 10 minute delayed feed.

Even though the Denali data feed is a good low latency data feed users can still experience a lag due to various external causes. But there are ways of managing this.

For me it's hard to see what is the exact delay time. I just have video feed of other traders screen that I know my feed was way of. Strange thing was that it was not just bars that were missing but the price was moving same time. Unfortunately it was a wrong price. I Did did ping sierrachart.com from my computer and the responses were between 13ms-70ms at the time of the lag.
I try to lower the bandwidht requirements with above instructions an see what happens.

You can tell how much of a delay there is just by looking at the timestamps in the Time and Sales window through File >> Open Time and Sales Window and comparing those to the clock at the top of Sierra Chart assuming your computer's clock is accurate.

Hi.
I had some serious delay today as well. I used the computer clock and Time and sells window the lag was around 1 min. The delay was checked with another computer for the same 1 min.
Use low bandwidth For DTC Real Time data option helps.

Before using that option we recommend reducing the number of market depth levels:

We see you are you in the UK. We will set up a Denali data feed relay on our London data server and see if that helps. Give us a few days to get this set up.

Not yet but we should be finishing with this in a day or two.

There will be a new setting in the Sierra Chart service settings to choose to use a London/Europe market data server.
