For me it's hard to see what is the exact delay time. I just have video feed of other traders screen that I know my feed was way of. Strange thing was that it was not just bars that were missing but the price was moving same time. Unfortunately it was a wrong price. I Did did ping sierrachart.com from my computer and the responses were between 13ms-70ms at the time of the lag. I try to lower the bandwidht requirements with above instructions an see what happens.
