i recently switched to this account and the data is delayed for SC All Data (i was looking at forex in partiuclar). is there a package i need to add to get real time for this?

futures data is fine, its the SC Data - All services forex data that is delayed.

sry this still isn't making sense. Let me try to be more specific. So futures data (including currency) is working fine. I'm trying to access the Sierra Chart (FXCM) provided forex data. I use the FXCM data to read price and trade with currency futures. So when i log into my AMP account, the FXCM forex data is delayed. And by delay, i mean several hours, like something is very off. If i simply switch to my other Sierra Chart (non-amp) account, all the FXCM forex data shows properly. Again not having issues with futures / cme data, just forex fxcm

Ok, we misunderstood. Since the problem is always going to be with futures when it comes to delayed or non-updating data. You need to contact AMP and have them change your Sierra Chart account to the Advanced Service Package 5 and then you will receive the real-time Forex data.
