SC Futures Order Routing/Data not receiving any data

Dear Sierra Chart team,

When I select SC Futures Order Routing/Data in the Data/Trade Service Settings, Sierra Chart connects but does not receive any data. The charts don't move. In the Message Log window it shows a message saying "Subscribing to streaming market data in the service client is not supported. Symbol: DYZ19" among other messages but this one is the only one referring to market data.

I think I have everything OK with my account, my balance and my clearing firm for order routing, I have also checked that "Trade Simulation" is off, so I don't know what is wrong.

Could you please help me?

You need to convert the symbols to the ones used by the Sierra Chart order routing service.

You need to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service:
