Price Spikes on charts
|Christopher Hine - Posts: 3 | Ending Date: 2020-03-07|
Hi Since yesterday (01/21/2020) I have been getting random price spikes on my charts. The spikes are erroneous and are occurring randomly on charts. How do I stop this from happening?

Gain Capital has a serious ongoing problem with their market data feed:
As a solution to the problem what we are doing is providing users at no cost for the next two months, the Denali exchange data feed:
The cost of exchange fees still has to be paid but if you are a new user of this feed, those fees are free until the end of the month.
We will go through the process to set this feed up for you. The first thing is we are sending you an email, at the email address on your Sierra Chart account, with links to agreements that need to be completed. Complete those and let us know when done.
Let us know if you require market depth data or not within Sierra Chart so we can activate the appropriate exchange.

We see you have signed the agreements, so we have set up the rest of the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you, including activating the CME Group with Market Depth for the desired exchange.
There are no fees for the rest of this month, and the $25.00 USD per month fee for the Denali Exchange Data Feed itself will be waived for the months of February and March. But the Exchange fees will be charged to your account on February 1st and at the beginning of each month thereafter.
Right now, the exchange fee is $15.75 per month, but you do not need Market Depth, or all of the CME Group, then you can change the selected exchange here:
