Here is information about the issue:
https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?ThreadID=48414

We are going to set you up for free with our Denali exchange data feed for now:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php

This will resolve the problem for the CME group exchanges. Let us know if you require market depth data. Check your email to complete the market data agreements. The links to the agreements go to the email address you have set here:

When you complete the agreements, post here when done.

There is a problem with the Gain Capital data feed. We are going to advise Gain Capital with the details once we understand them thoroughly.

The next remaining step for the Denali exchange data feed, was to activate the exchange and we have now done that. You will now begin to receive the data. Did you require market depth data? We activated the CME exchange with market depth data.

If your question/request has been answered and you do not have anything further, then it is easiest for us if you do not reply again to say thank you.
