First I will state I am using CGQ, I have since read your position on CGQ data and trade service, but only after initiating the service.

The trade activity log is not correctly showing today's trading activity. I did not notice any issues with the trades being placed or executed. The trade window did not and does not reflect the actual trading for a couple of the charts I am using to trade. Also the fills do not show up when show order fills is checked. The DPL in the upper left of the charts is also not accurately reflecting today's trading activity.

Is this something that can be refreshed? Thanks.

It sounds like there are missing order fills:

Thanks. I was not able to get the backup to display. But did get todays history of trades to load.

But in conjunction, I just traded and the DPL and Show order fills are not displaying on one of my current charts. The trade does show up in the trade activity log. In another chart I trade, different instrument, the DPL and show order fills are working properly. Same chartbook. The chart that is displaying properly, does so across all chartbooks. Same is true with the one that is not displaying, not displaying across all chartbooks.

I closed the chartbooks, reopened one and now none of the previous fills are displaying on either chart.

Yes this is certainly a known limitation using a system like CQG. You cannot access the fills other than for the current trading day. But you can with this service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

You have to follow the step-by-step instructions here in regards to Daily Profit/Loss:

You need to make sure the order fills start date-time in the chart is set correctly:

Understand the CQG limitations.

Just don't understand why in sim mode seems to work fine, but not live.

Should the DPL and show order fills show up on all charts and in all chartbooks? I even duplicate a chart and it does not show up for one chart and yet seems to work fine for another symbol chart showing on both time variations.

Also don't understand, when uncheck show order fills the fills diappear, yet when rechecked they do not reappear.

I appreciate your input.

We are going to make sure the documentation makes it clear that the Chart Order Fills Start Date-Time needs to be set appropriately to load all of the fills over the last 24 hours which make up the Daily Profit/Loss and at a point in time when the position was flat.

And we are removing the automatic resetting based upon the current Date-Time of the chart. Only a new order fill in a new trading day will trigger a reset.
