Price Data not updating, even after delete/download

I noticed my charts were not correctly updating today. I delete/downloaded the data, but that did not help. I moved my account to a secondary computer using the same chartbook and same data feed and they are correctly working.


Troubleshooting:
-Restarted the computer
-Downgraded the SC software to match the working one (2028 64-bit)
-Deleted/downloaded data multiple times

Observations:
-I noticed that the DF and BR connections increase significantly more than the working computer.
-I ran a replay overnight. I bring this up, because this is the first time I ran an overnight reply and then the next morning I was having issues.
-The message log shows multiple "Waiting for historical downloads to complete with the IDs: 92, 93, 94, 95." I have no idea if that's normal behavior.
-The ES doesn't pull the full data, while CL does when delete/downloading.


Please let me know the next troubleshooting steps.
