Good morning. although I paid for package 5 directly from your sierracharts website, I cannot open this market, why?

I have also activated the rithmic package with its credentials

We cannot help with any Rithmic issue. We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic.

We strongly advise not to use Rithmic.

We recommend using this service instead:

If you let us know who your broker is we can help you get set up with this service.

Or let us know if you would like a refund. As we are definitively not providing support for Rithmic any longer. Sierra Chart has substandard integration to Rithmic and it should not be used by any of our users any longer. Please take our advice and discontinue use of Rithmic.

Yes we will take care of the refund for you. Who is your broker? There are other alternatives to Rithmic that we support.
