We strongly advise not to use Rithmic.

Or let us know if you would like a refund. As we are definitively not providing support for Rithmic any longer. Sierra Chart has substandard integration to Rithmic and it should not be used by any of our users any longer. Please take our advice and discontinue use of Rithmic.
