My charts dont seem to be updating as far as the candlesticks, DOM and price is current and up to date but the charts seem like they have a delay

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Yes i am still having the same problem

I am not sure if it is a data issue or just a charting issue because my DOM and footprint are updating correctly just some of the candlestick charts i have set up are not acting the same

Yes the Message Log did not indicate any problem with market data. It must be an issue affecting some charts. For why a chart will not update, refer to help topic 3:
