Hi, I see from your Using Sierra Chart with Ninja Trader Brokerage page you say, users of rithmic with a Ninja Trader Brokerage account will not receive any data connectivity support. Using Sierra Chart with Ninja Trader Brokerage However, I wanted to know if this nonsupport only pertains to rithmic users with a Ninja Trader brokerage account, or does this apply to any and all rithmic data users? Sierra Chart does not have good integration to Rithmic so we prefer not to provide support to anyone for Rithmic. But really this is within our discretion based upon the particular issue. It is not a preferred solution for Sierra Chart. This does not speak poorly of Rithmic. It is just that Sierra Chart does not have good integration to Rithmic and really do not recommend using it with Sierra Chart. It creates a poor impression for us and for Rithmic and for the user.
