Sierra Chart does not have good integration to Rithmic so we prefer not to provide support to anyone for Rithmic. But really this is within our discretion based upon the particular issue. It is not a preferred solution for Sierra Chart. This does not speak poorly of Rithmic. It is just that Sierra Chart does not have good integration to Rithmic and really do not recommend using it with Sierra Chart. It creates a poor impression for us and for Rithmic and for the user.
