TT order routing account balance incorrect

Hello,

I am using SC order routing. My account balance within Sierra Chart, as well as the new web trading is incorrect. It is off by $300 or so. This account balance discrepancy started during all of the volatility last night in the overnight hours. I checked with AMP, they show the correct balance in TT Fix. They say to reach out to you...

If you put in an order at a price level which will not fill and cancel it, it triggers an early update of the account balance but we have no control over the account balance data provided by TT.

Thanks for the update. I do not recall putting in an order which will not fill in cancelling it, but lets say I did... Does this mean that my account balance in SC will never be accurate again? My account balance in SC has been incorrect for about 32 hours.

No, we are recommending that you do that, to cause the account balance to update within a minute. If it has been incorrect for more than 24 hours, then it is incorrect on the TT side.

We really are not in a position to say anything about how the TT account balances work or if it is going to be accurate at some point. We just take the data from TT and pass it on.

Ok, I understand what you are asking me to do now. I placed an order outside of the market, then cancelled the order. My account balance still shows incorrectly in SC.

That was over an hour ago...

I just took actual trades and let them fill for testing, but again my account balance didn't change.
