Daily PL shows incorrect data

Hello,

Ever since switching from CQG Fix to Web a few days ago, the DPL on the DOM shows incorrect data after entering a trade. It starts at zero for the day, but as soon as an order is filled, it changes. The P/L however shows correctly. Everything was working fine before the switch. I have not made any other changes.

In the Trade Activity Log, Chart Stats, the oldest date for Order Fills Start Date is 12/17/2019. When I go to Chart Settings, Advance settings and set this date for the Order Fills, the DPL doesn't change.

I think the problem is that I switched to a new computer and I'm missing a lot of trade fills (because in the Trade Activity Log, when I go to see the fills from 12/17 until today, I don't see all the trades I've made, only a few for 12/17 then it jumps to 12/26).

At this point, I just want to reset everything. I'm not concerned about what's missing, I just want the DPL to show correctly and Fills colors to show on the chart correctly (when I set the Chart starting date to 12/17, the fill colors do not correspond to my settings; doesn't differentiate between buy and buy to cover or sell short and sell. But when I use today's date, the colors do show correctly).

Is there a way to reset all?

We do not recommend clearing trade activity data. That is a procedure that we no longer recommend. We just recommend adjusting the Order Fills Start Date-Time to a present time, when the position is flat for the particular symbol and trade account of the chart.
