Bad Daily Chart Data

My intraday chart data is fine, but the daily chart data is not loading correctly for any dates during the month of December for any of the products I trade. Any ideas why that might be?

We need to understand this better.

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

Sure thing. So all my daily charts look like this: With the daily bars through the end of November looking fine but December all showing up as one bar... again, intraday charts/data look fine.

The historical daily data for that symbol when using CTS comes from the same source as our chart.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

If I do that, I lose the ability to trade from CTS front end at the same time as I access SC chart data because SC removed
perform hardware ID check" from the latest version. Is there a version that has the "perform hardware ID check" and would allow me to get proper daily chart data?

We do apologize for this issue. But we have to move the Sierra Chart project forward and do things right and keep things well organized.
