Dashed line appeared on my chart, I can't figure out why

Hi, A dashed line appeared on my chart, between two consecutive 30 min bars. PLease note, the bar to the left and right of the dashed line are directly consecutive, 18:30:00 and 19:00:00 (NY Time). I've attached a screenshot: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1576458453628.png Can you help me figure out what is going on and how to remove it? Thank you! Michael |

Make sure this option is unchecked: Chart Settings: Include Columns With No Data (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Chart Bar Settings menu) Try re-downloading the data: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) We cannot provide further help and you will need to ask IQ Feed. Denali Exchange Data Feed can i use the denali feed with several applications outside sierra chart? like with iqfeed i can drive things like SierraChart, Jigsaw Daytradr, Neoticker, Multicharts, all the same time. How do i set up Jigsaw to connect to the denali feed? |

Deleting and re-downloading the data from a point prior to the error fixed the problem. Thank you! I have not heard of Denali Exchange Data feed. I will check it out. Thanks for the recommendation. Best, Michael |
