Sierra chart with CqG demo wont logon

I am logged into Sierra chart with a trial account. I requested a CQG demo account and received a username and password. I get a message that logon was unsuccessful. Not sure what is wrong.

We will not provide any technical support for CQG demo accounts.
Use the delayed data feed here and you can use that as long as you want without any restrictions:

The other advantage with delayed data is that you have access to the entire CME group of symbols and all of the spreads and options. You will not get this with a CQG demo account. It is a limited subset of symbols.
