No Longer getting real time data after making payment

I'm in the SMB Tryout which uses Sierra Charts linked to rithmic as the broker, and today I got a warning that I needed to make a payment to continue services. I made the payment but then real time data stopped coming through. I made sure forms were filled out, not sure why im no longer getting realtime data, please help. Thanks |

Everything in your Sierra Chart account looks good, including the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
