Hello, I've been using CME data through your affiliate AMP trading. I recently added the $SP500 cash index but the data doesn't come through in SC. They said it needs to be enabled on your end. Can you help me? Thanks

Tried $SPX again and same thing happened as other indices, historical data worked fine, got a black screen for intraday. I'm not getting delayed intraday or live intraday. I have been getting intraday just fine for mini's and micros. I also tried symbols $SP, SP, $SP500, $INX, SPX, SPY, $SPY. I just confirmed with CQG that the correct symbol is X.US.SPC5, which does not show historical or intraday data. Are you saying this data is incompatible with SC? If so, you may want to let amp futures know that, as they're still offering this data with SC, without warning.

It is compatible. Users have had trouble with this in the past due to configuration issues on the CQG side managed by AMP. Between AMP and CQG they should be able to figure this out for you. Just for information sake we found the issue. I was using version 1997 of SC. This index does not work until you update to the most recent version of SC.

Does not make sense to us. These indexes have been supported for a long time and those users who have gotten them to work after monumental efforts with getting the right entitlements on the CQG side, have used them over a year ago. We would have needed to look at the Message Log in the prior version to know what the specific issue was. Nothing has changed which would have affected those particular symbols.
