New trial account activated, or not?

Hi there,
Am looking to come back to SC to trial the new numbers bars and see that somehow a trial has been activated on my account. Can't say that I was aware of this?! Can you confirm that I am on a trial until what looks like the 12th December or do I need to pay for a month?

Also, I do have a futures trading account but not with any of your listed brokers, is there a way I can still get the reduced data feed fees? I am aware that the exchange fees are a joke and not your fault at all, the rules around them and what to pay with which/what trading accounts are purposefully opaque.

Yes, your trial is activated until December 12.

Yes but for CME only. But you need to provide a trading account statement.

Thanks for the quick response.

I can provide a trading statement, do I send it to yourselves or the exchange now or is there a section on the data sign up where I am given the opportunity to do so?

I note in your support section it says for the 5USD trial:

"To activate the trial, select the Activate Trial button in the row for Trial in the Real-Time Data Connections table."

I have attached a screenshot where it shows an activate button for a $35 fee for Sierra Charts. Is that supposed to be in the $5 trial?

No that is definitely not the data feed you want to use. You need to use this new data feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

There is not going to be any cost for the data feed for this first month. But wait until the end of the day tomorrow, for that free first month to become available.

We expect next week there will be a place to upload statements to verify a trading account. This is not yet available.

Hi there,
Am all connected and SC is working great.
I keep getting a pop up message saying that I need to do something about CME data due to the fact I don't have a connecting broker/trading account.
Is there any news on what I need to send to the CME and how to send it as per your last reply?
I have a futures broker and all account details/daily trade rundowns etc.
