Thanks for the quick response. I can provide a trading statement, do I send it to yourselves or the exchange now or is there a section on the data sign up where I am given the opportunity to do so? I note in your support section it says for the 5USD trial: "To activate the trial, select the Activate Trial button in the row for Trial in the Real-Time Data Connections table." I have attached a screenshot where it shows an activate button for a $35 fee for Sierra Charts. Is that supposed to be in the $5 trial?
