Data Feed Problem with New Active account

I have an active account (shows live) but chart will not update live. Unable to access trading for paid data now for 2 days. I have been unable to fix and also requested help from my team at Trade Pro Academy where they are also unsure to the situation.

I can load a chart but it does not update live.

Please advise

We want you to open one chart that is not updating live and then follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
