SC does not load historical FX data from SC but IB and that only for 21 days!?

SC, i try to download intraday data for a lot of pairs but just recently i tried to dl EUR.JPY data to get a 240min chart.. however, SC only downloads 21 days for that pair and that only from Interactivebrokers and not from your Historical Feed Software version: 2020 64-bit | 2019-12-03 10:15:59.242

The problem is specific to EUR.JPY-CASH-IDEALPRO. We added the necessary Symbol Settings to resolve. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". SC, whatever you did, it didnt work only(!) EUR.JPY-CASH-IDEALPRO of that entire list downloads historical data from your servers. We need time to get to this. And it may be best that we just withdraw the historical data support altogether for the symbols and just rely on what Interactive Brokers has. That is actually our decision. We are just going to withdraw the historical data support altogether for these.
