infinity transact futures charts are still slow they have been slow over a year when the volume goes up a little the charts slow or stop EVERY DAY, I have told sierra about this several times ,that makes sierra look bad they blame sierra and making us keep changing the charts we are at 2017 now and it dose not work when a little vol comes ,the es is off several times a day over 12 ticks, dome works good charts suck ,I have been trading 15 yrs can some do smoothing I have done all I can I have contacted transact several times and infinity I am not the only one saying this there are several other traders SIERRA SHOULD DO SMOTHING BEFOR WE ALL QUIT kent Henderson 423 764 2005

I need someone to talk on the phone about denalie feed I have no idea what to do to keep my charts and switch over from transact to denalie and other things to get this going thanks kent Henderson 423 764 2005
