Sierra Chart is Lagging

Hi, I was using v1941 with Infinity DOM and everything worked correctly, But now that I am using v2017 with Infinity DOM I have noticed that when there is a sudden and fast move in price in the DOM, the price in Sierra Chart lags behind. When the fast move in price happens in the DOM, the price in the chart stops for some seconds and then shows the price move in the chart. It seems like a pause a moment and resume again. Price in the chart takes some time to catchup the price in the DOM. When the price is moving in normal pace the DOM and Sierra Chart both work in synchrony. Is there a way to solve the Lagging issue? Thanks |
