I have been without my IQ data feed loading onto my charts since 22nd November. I have gone through the support documentation & cannot solve the issue.

I have sent the Message Log via "Send For Analysis". On my message log I do not have a Copy Log button. I am attaching a recent screenshot. Please note that I am located in Vietnam (GMT +7) so there is a significant time difference. I have been using Sierra Charts with DTN's IQ Feed without issue since August 2019. This is not a new user.

In the Date/Trade Service Settings menu I am seeing nothing in the IQ Feed window.

Best regards.

Follow step 11 here:

DTN IQ Feed Data Service: Setup Instructions

If you still need more help you need to contact IQ Feed.

And we recommend switching to one of the Sierra Chart data feeds:

Could you let us know why you use IQ Feed rather than the Sierra Chart data feeds? You will save a lot of money and get a better quality of service with our own data feeds .

Thank you for your assistance. I was able to get it working again. Thanks for the quick response. I would consider this case closed now.

Best regards
