data feed candle stick bars smushed together

hi,

once the data feed started working, for some reason, the candle stick bars are now smashed together. how do i spaced them out more? they're smashed together like sardines.

hi,

so the read only tick box was checked. now it saying "download failed" on every chart. yes im aware my data has ended but sierra is still supporting td until end of december. if i delete sierra is there any way i can download the chartbook, global settings, symbol settings chart settings, and account settings and reload with a fresh copy of sc? heres the log.

We are no longer providing any further support for TD Ameritrade data. You are going to need to switch to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for US equities data:

We have extended at no cost your Sierra Chart account all the way to the beginning of January.

But really there is an easier solution. So long as you do not need real-time data just switch to the Sierra Chart historical data service:

You can set the charts to update every 10 minutes.

Definitely do not delete Sierra Chart. This is not going to accomplish anything.

Please do not bother with TD Ameritrade any longer.

i cant download sierra sc. i had to reset the pc and now trying to re-download. can someone extend my membership for a week since ive having problems for the last week on sc? its so frustrating. i sent the log as well.

hi john,

im not sure why we arent connecting? i am the admin for my pc. i can download sc but i cant get beyond the installer screen. there is no icon or sc folder in c.
