I had this problem before about 2 months ago. I use CTS data (SIM) and for my front office trading platform I use CTS T4 (LIVE) to input my trades. I just upgraded my my version of my platform from 1744 to 2015 and it seems this is still a problem. When I open my Sierra platform and then log into my CTS platform I get an error saying I am logged into my CTS platform. My CTS is LIVE through my clearing firm while my Sierra charts is SIM data. Do I have to load my 1700's versions of the platform? or is there a fix? Help. |

The reason for the change is that we have been in the process of organizing the code in Sierra Chart to use a limited set of operating system functionality and to allow it to be ported more easily to another operating system. Thank you for the reply. I trade CME (US equity indexes and a few FX markets) CBOT US Bonds and Dow and Eurex Bunds and Fdax. Comex and Nymex I have access to but do not trade but follow particular markets.

Thank you for this and actually I am interested. I have a question for you and your help is greatly appreciated. I use CTS T4 as my front office system and clear through DORMAN. I have a SIM login from DORMAN that I use for Sierra Charts to power my indicators/strategies. I am looking for another data provider becasue I cannot run the SIM with Live going at the same time (as stated). I am looking at the Denali service you offer but I also need the Eurex. I am not a professional. I am also looking for historic data so is there a package you recommend? I also have an account with AMP and I use CGQ's data (at times) but it has been absolutely terrible over the past few years and nver ever want to use it again. |

You can use this data feed which provides CME and EUREX data: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed But you still would be paying exchange fees through CTS.
