No chart updating of real time data.

I recently upgraded to the Sierra real time data feeds. I use Interactive Brokers as my broker. My data will not update and download. It is frozen. Every X periods of time I get a historical download message and it updates and then is frozen again.

From what I can tell I have completed all the agreements I need to complete and it appears to be connecting properly. Please let me know what the problem is here as I have been through multiple pages of account activation and agreements and can't see why it wouldn't be working at this point.

Update:

It looks like Stocks like AMZN, AAPL are working. NQZ19, MNQZ19 are not working. It seems like US equities are working, but CME group is not? My Recurring Services Pages lists both US Equities and Full CME group for non-professionals.

You need to follow the instructions here and connect Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers Live account once a month:

OK, this might explain the problem. To clarify, I am logging in to Interactive Brokers almost every time I use Sierra Chart. But I am using the Sierra Chart real time data feed every time. You are saying that I need to change the data feed in Sierra Chart, once a month, back to Interactive Brokers in order to re-set the parameters to be able to get real time CME data? (from the Sierra Chart data feed)

This is done solely to satisfy CME non-professional requirements to verify I am logging in to a non professional trading account?

I definitely have not been changing my data feed monthly.
