I recently upgraded to the Sierra real time data feeds. I use Interactive Brokers as my broker. My data will not update and download. It is frozen. Every X periods of time I get a historical download message and it updates and then is frozen again. From what I can tell I have completed all the agreements I need to complete and it appears to be connecting properly. Please let me know what the problem is here as I have been through multiple pages of account activation and agreements and can't see why it wouldn't be working at this point.
