Connection to Interactive Brokers lost

Hello...

I have been using Interactive Brokers along with their data feed. Recently, the connection to SC has been lost. I see no live data or bar countdown clock movement. I have checked all the setting in both IB and SC and everything looks good to me. Are you able to see any problem on your end?

Then why am I not receiving live data quote updates as well as the time remaining bar countdown timer not moving? I have tried both Sim and live trading for both IB and SC. IB Sim and live show live data. SC is frozen both sim and live. What would you like me to do?

The download of historical data from TWS is not shown in this Message Log for an unknown reason.

Update to the current version of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Fast Update

And then follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
