Why on earth not? I am asking you a specific question about the product you supply: - is it true you have to be on Package 5 to use CQG from 1 December - why is this the case when it works perfectly fine now on Package 3 and I don't need the benefits of Package 5. - does AMP Futures know about this as they supply me my SC software/subscription and they certainly have not advised me of any changes. How is a customer meant to utilise your product and have confidence it it's on going usability when you refuse to answer questions about changes to the subscription model or justify those changes? |

There are changes coming but we are not in a position to answer them beyond what is already been posted on the CQG page. And yes AMP is aware of changes coming but those have yet to be finalized. So we have not announced them to AMP users yet. We will be making the announcement to AMP users. Please do not bother them about this.
