Why on earth not? I am asking you a specific question about the product you supply: - is it true you have to be on Package 5 to use CQG from 1 December - why is this the case when it works perfectly fine now on Package 3 and I don't need the benefits of Package 5. - does AMP Futures know about this as they supply me my SC software/subscription and they certainly have not advised me of any changes. How is a customer meant to utilise your product and have confidence it it's on going usability when you refuse to answer questions about changes to the subscription model or justify those changes? |
