Order fill lines mismatch

I am running two instances of SC. In the primary one, my Net PL is correct. In the second one, it is incorrect, and the order fill lines drawn on the chart are wrong. For example, executions which open a new position are marked as closing an old one. How do I synchronize this? I use CQG and have done a "refresh with service". The Trade activity log in the second instance also shows correct Open/Close behavior. So, I'm not sure why the lines on this chart are mismatched, and why the NPL in this chart is incorrect. Any ideas?
