Charts won't open Energy Contracts

I've been trying to open the CL and GC contracts on the charts, but these won't open. I am doing the evaluation with OneUp and those are permissible products to trade. Is there anything specific I need to do to have those products turned on? Thanks in advance! ThunderKat |

Yes it is now. I have bars on the chart now. It was taking a minute, but I closed the platform and restarted, and now it's loading completely. Thank you for the assistance. Thunderkat |
