Hello,

We are having an issue with the data download in charts. Here are the order of the events:

Was in need to re-download the chart data
Selected the option to 'Delete all Data and Download'
the chart ran through the standard data download
Once it was finished it was only loading one day worth of data
went into the chart settings and noticed the day date range was only going as far back as that day.
Then attempted to change the date range to 2019-01-01, when we select apply it reverts to that todays date.
Then attempted to delete the .scid data file for that chart in the computer (C) drive greenchart data folder. Did this so that the data would re-download from square one.

The issue persists. It reverts to just that days data. Does not give us the complete download for the past data.

Please advise on how to fix this issue so that I am able to fix this issue in future cases.

Thank you,

Sierra Chart Support
