Regarding the interruptions with the delayed data feed today, we have discovered the reason for the issue and we are correcting it now. We are going to do one more restart in a couple of minutes which will mean that the delayed data feed will be down for 10 minutes. And then it should be fine going forward.

I'm on 2012, and I believe I've taken all the steps to activate the delayed data, but I'm still not receiving it.
One question:
I haven't paid for Service Package 5 yet.
I was given the option to evaluate package 5 for free for one month, and I took it - my system is now set to "Evaluating Package 5".
Is this sufficient, or do I need to upgrade and pay for package 5 before I'll receive the delayed data stream?
Thanks.

We need to check into this. Using the Advanced package evaluation should work.

Next problem: Using the "Add Additional Symbol" study to show TICK-NQ in a region underneath NQZ19 chart isn't working yet. I asked about this in post #16 above, and you replied that it should work.
Here's what's happening: On an 11-trades NQ chart, the High and Low TICK-NQ values for each delayed bar show correctly. But the moment-by-moment Last value displayed is the current, non-delayed value, which of course has no relationship to the delayed NQ bars.

In regards to post #58 we will implement a patch for this.

Update: Actually we need to add a new Input to control this. Will be out in the next release.

If you are using version 2012 of Sierra Chart with delayed data, you need to update to version 2013. There is a chart bar updating problem that exists in that version with delayed data which has been resolved in 2013.

I'm having a weird problem attempting to update to 2013.
I chose "Help/Download Prerelease" as usual.
Ran the update, it ran normally with no errors.
I didn't save the log, since everything appeared to be fine.
But when I clicked "Close" on the installer, and Sierra restarted, it was still on 2012!
I've since rerun the installation twice, but the installer seems to think I'm on 2013, says everything is up-to-date, so it doesn't overwrite any files.
However Sierra still reports 2012.
Issue in post #58 is unchanged.

Issue in post #58 is unchanged.
Regarding this, you need to set Do Not Update Last Bar With Latest Price From Data Feed to Yes with the Add Additional Symbol study.

Hello,
I've tried to use delayed streaming with v2011 and v2014, but without success, I'm getting only historical data for CME symbols.
The problem may be due to those messages:

Regarding post #64 above, we want you to restart Sierra Chart and then provide the Message Log after opening a chart for ESZ19 and connecting to the data feed with File >>Connect to Data Feed.

Instructions:

Provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We need the entire Message Log. What we are seeing is not making any sense. We have to see the surrounding context.

It is perfectly acceptable to update Sierra Chart in place. It is one of the few programs in the world, where that works perfectly. The problem you encountered makes no sense to us and it looks as though, there was manipulation of the data from our server by another program. A clean install is not going to change this.

In time, but not until sometime we would expect late in 2020. We have to figure out how to pay for the 10,000+ USD a-month cost for EUREX access.

With this delayed data service, there was a problem obtaining Spread and Option symbols as explained here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Exchange Traded Spreads
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Futures Options

This is now resolved.

Hello I’m currently using the test service of package 5. Wondering if since it’s not paid for that’s why I’m not getting streaming data? And if that’s the case when I buy the package will I get real time data? I’m using amp currently and the data is still delayed

We want you to update to the current version which is 2020 following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

You should definitely be getting streaming data for the CME group of exchanges. And for Forex, CFD's and crypto currencies and market statistics.

Hi SCE, the historical market depth for CME symbols is still pending, right?

Does/will it have to be accessed via SC Futures Order Routing/Data? I'm connected to SC Data - All Services with Service Pkg 5, Denali feed and market depth enabled for NYMEX symbols...getting depth as-expected live, no back-fill.

Crypto currencies are separate from the delayed futures data feed. And you may not have access to them when using a Sierra Chart account through a broker. We have to check on that.

Historical market depth data is still not yet available. We will be getting to it as soon as we can.

We are doing a software update now, and that is going to affect the delayed data feed. It will be interrupted for about 12 minutes or so.
