hello i just switched over to sierra chart data and i do not see the full book on the dom, also i would like to see what i am being charged for so im not double paying for data. if anyone could help me figure this out i would appreciate it

i have done these steps and still only 10 on the order book. do i need to subscribe to additional services for full book? Also i wanted to ask that on server side orders which i believe this has if i lose connection will it still process both stop and take profit postions when there is no internet connection?

Ok we realize with the problem is. You are logging into Sierra Chart with an account provided by AMP. You need to login with the same account you have posted this message on the support board with. Follow the instructions here:
