I have a few questions regarding this service:

1. Regarding this excerpt: "Relies on TT risk management and any risk management controls the clearing firm sets on your TT account." I have brokerage with AMP Futures. My current leverage limitations set forth by them are $400/contract (/ES). Will this change if I switch to Sierrra's new data feed service?

2. Cost is $20/month plus .10/contract ROUNDTRIP? Are these costs in addition to Platform subscription service I'm already paying? I.e. I'm currently paying $25/month for Sierra Chart package 5 through AMP Futures. Would the $20/month plus .10/contract be in addition to the $25/month I'm currently paying?

3. I'm currently paying .78/contract/Roundtrip for CQG data feed at AMP Futures. Would the $20/month and .10/contract for the New Sierra Chart data feed also be in addition to .78/contract CQG data feed costs?

4. "By June/July 2019 we will be releasing a new Service Package which includes the data feed for the CME.." What is this package and cost? I currently use Service Package 5 and would need the equivalent.

1. This Service does not change AMP's leverage / margin arrangement with you.
2. Yes
3. This service would substitute all the CQG related costs within that .78.
4. Instead of this, we just released the new Denali exchange data feed which is $20 a month.

Thank you. Two follow up questions:

SO, to review and summarize my scenario:

1. Brokerage is AMP Global
2. I pay for Sierra Chart package 5 through AMP Global and want to continue to do so if it doesn't complicate my desired outcome.
3. Currently use CQG data feed, but want to cancel it use Denali only.

QUESTION 1: Given the above scenario, I would follow option 7 instructions below, correct?

QUESTION 2: I would then need to fund my SC account to pay for the new $20/month Denali fee, .10/contract fee, AND CME exchange fee?

Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

6. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed integrated with the Trading service you will be using Sierra Chart with, follow the Integration with Trading Service Instructions.

7. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed independent and not integrated with any particular supported Trading service, then select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to SC Data - All Services.

So do you want to use the TT based order routing? If so, you do need to follow step 6. The Denali data feed is just a data feed. It does not provide any order routing.

QUESTION 2: I would then need to fund my SC account to pay for the new $20/month Denali fee, .10/contract fee, AND CME exchange fee?
No you do not have to if you do not want. You can pay for all of this through your AMP account. But you certainly can pay for this through your Sierra Chart account as well.

I'm so confused, I don't know the answer to your question. Are my routing choices Sierra Chart routing service or TT? I'm confused because in the link it mentions TT is a pert of Sierra Chart routing. What's the difference? What's the cleanest and best routing option with the most features?

Note: I have to use FIX (not web), as I trade the micro's and WEB does not work for for my chart set up.

The Sierra Chart order routing service uses Trading Technologies (TT).

We do think this order routing service is a good one. And we think it is fine for you to use it. It is explained here:

Ok, thanks.

So, I will choose to use Sierra Chart order routing service using Trading Technologies. In this case, I will then choose option 6 below, correct?

Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

6. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed integrated with the Trading service you will be using Sierra Chart with, follow the Integration with Trading Service Instructions.[/i]

7. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed independent and not integrated with any particular supported Trading service, then select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to SC Data - All Services.

It would be nice if a dedicated name with the location of the server is visible instead of just server 1 to x.

Yes but since your Sierra Chart account is with AMP, you can have those fees paid through your AMP account as an alternative.

@ Sierra Chart Engineering:

Any planned release date for the web based trading interface? Would be nice if we had some sort of emergency solution to use on the smarthpone in case PC, Internet, Power goes down.

We hope to have this out in about a week, we are finishing up with some final details with it, but it will not support market data. That is a whole other thing that requires determination of how best to implement this. It is market data policies by the exchanges which complicate things.

The web-based trading panel will be something that you will have to ask us to enable on your Sierra Chart account. Otherwise, it will be off for a user by default.

Hi Sierra Engineers,

any update on the web-based trading? Could it already be activated on my account?
