There is no need for us to call. We have completed the setup of the data feed on your Sierra Chart account. But now that we check, the version you are running is an older version. You must update to the current version. You cannot run version 1881. But the latest version, does not support trading with Transact because that is not yet available from them. We expect Transact to make trading available in September over their websocket connection which the newer versions use. If you do not want to update you cannot use the Denali exchange data feed and we need to cancel it for you. I do want to use the Denali exchange feed, b/c I want to see 200-300 levels of market depth. Do you know when Transact will update to the new Sierra version. Also, what is the version # to which I need to update. What is the current version of the Sierra chart? |

The current version is 1986 and you just need to follow the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update When Transact will be releasing support for trading over their new websocket connection which newer versions of Sierra Chart uses, we expect will be in the month of September 2019. I currently have 1881 version and you have 1986, why such a huge jump in version #'s? When was 1881 version released?
