There is no need for us to call.

We have completed the setup of the data feed on your Sierra Chart account.

But now that we check, the version you are running is an older version. You must update to the current version. You cannot run version 1881. But the latest version, does not support trading with Transact because that is not yet available from them. We expect Transact to make trading available in September over their websocket connection which the newer versions use.

If you do not want to update you cannot use the Denali exchange data feed and we need to cancel it for you.
