Hello -- sorry to bother you guys, but I'm thoroughly confused and my brain is swimming.

BACKGROUND
--------------
My broker is currently AMP with a CQG data feed.

THE GOAL
--------------
I want to buy "Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service: 20 USD/month." AND the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" package for $15.75.

CONFUSING PART
--------------
I know this is available though AMP, but I switched my purchase of "package 5" from AMP directly to Sierra Chart a while ago (and had to create a new SC account in the process).

QUESTIONS
-------------
Question 1: In this instance, can I still go through AMP to get Denali and the SC CME feed, or is it better if I just purchase thees packages directly from Sierra Chart?

Question 2: Under "setup instructions" on the following page, I don't know if I'd fall into step 6 or 7. And does that change if I buy through AMP or directly through you guys? Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Thank you!

First, we want to point out that since you are using CQG you would need to use the Denali option that is labeled Denali Exchange Data Feed for Other Services and the price is then 25 USD per month. The other option is only when you are using the SC Order Routing Service which uses TT as the trading provider.

The Order Routing Service is available through AMP, so if you wanted to switch, you can do that. Refer to the information on this service here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

Here are the answers to your specific questions:
1: Since you are already using a Direct Sierra Chart account, you need to get the Denali data feed direct through us.

2: You would use step 6 in those instructions, as you are using CQG as your trading provider.

Thanks. Just to make sure we're on the same page though:

I planned on dumping CQG completely and going with "Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service: $20 USD/month." AND the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" package for $15.75.

I thought it would just be simpler to have it all one way or the other.

So, going back to the original questions (correct me if I'm wrong):
Question 1 -- Purchase everything through my SC account and nothing on the AMP side.
Question 2 -- With the assumed configuration mentioned in this post, under "setup instruction", I would now fall under step 7, right? Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Thanks!

1. Yes you can do it this way.

2. No you would still use the Denali data feed with our TT based order routing:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

So step 6 still applies.
