Yes we are aware. We are working on this now. It is an apparent problem with the data center. We are contacting them.

At this point in time, do your trading through the LMAX trading software. If you have any open server-side bracket orders, those will no longer be managed during the interruption as explained here:

The server is back up again. The data center said this in regards to the rack the server is located on:
We have some difficulties to contact the servers from this rack. We investigate.

Power distribution part is defective. We will replace it.

We will work on setting up redundancy for LMAX order routing. We do have redundancy for market data. The reason this has not been done as of yet is just due to the smaller number of users on the service but it has grown over time, and the fact that you are able to use the LMAX trading interface as a backup. And it does complicate the set up with adding users onto the FIX connection.

Hello. I am still not getting real time data through the LMAX Demo Trading connection since the outage. It is showing it is connected but there is no real time data coming through.

Should this be back up and running?

Letting you know, we did obtain a second FIX connection from LMAX for order routing which will be used as a backup.

It will be 3 weeks before we can put all of this in place but it will be done.
