Hi, I'm with with CQG feed and sierra package 5.

This is the 1st day I'm using this platform.

And I can't open an intraday chart with out a download failed message.

Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Additionally, did you go through all the Setup Instructions for Sierra Chart with CQG? You will find the instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Once that is completed, then be sure you select the particular instrument you want using the list of symbols in Find Symbol. These symbols are setup to recognize your trading service and use their specific symbology. Refer to the information here for using the Find Symbol window:
File Menu: Find Symbol (File)
