I have a demo with sierra till sept 6 but today you disconnected me from exchange mainly I need urgent to back have access to Eurex I work with it, it's not a joke and you disconnected me before the end of the demo.thx

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is active on your account until 2019-09-30. But you are only going to get EUREX for now. The CME data will not be authorized until you follow the instructions here to connect to your trading account:

You should be getting a notice about this when you start Sierra Chart.

We see the email communication above. But your broker needs to let us know you have a trading account by sending an email to support@sierrachart.com stating your name and account number and that you have a funded futures trading account. The CME requires this. We will authorize the data for another two days.

Have you sent us any account statements yet? We have to check to see if we have released a feature to upload those in a secure way. But in addition to the statements, we need a statement from your broker directly.

You should start to receive the real-time data in a few minutes.

This has been discussed with Ray and we understand the situation. Your account is approved for CME real-time data for the next 60 days. And this process is going to be more automated so that you can upload the needed documents yourself as needed.
