But your broker needs to let us know you have a trading account by sending an email to support@sierrachart.com stating your name and account number and that you have a funded futures trading account. The CME requires this. We will authorize the data for another two days.

Have you sent us any account statements yet? We have to check to see if we have released a feature to upload those in a secure way. But in addition to the statements, we need a statement from your broker directly.

You should start to receive the real-time data in a few minutes.
