Hello I have just set up the free trial. I think I have done it correctly. I have a list of around 300 us Equities that I would like to have on a quote page to go through and monitor each day I believe I have set the symbol limit to 500 and activated the us equities data feed. I was going through the set up instructions but I am confused about the data settings. I have changed time zone to GMT as I am in UK However, I am unclear about the historical intraday ticks to download. I just want to have a list of 300 symbols, a daily, weekly and hourly chart - and I want to use volume profile on each chart. I would like to be able to look back about 20 years for each symbol. Can someone please advise how I set the software up in the most efficient way to achieve this goal so I can get started? thanks Martin |

You definitely did not set a symbol limit of 500. Currently the symbol limit is 20 for the SC Exchange Data Feed for your account. For Intraday charts it would only be reasonable to go back about five years. So you would want to adjust this particular setting to be based on 5 years: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload For longer-term charts, you need to use Historical Daily charts. Thanks for that I followed the setup instructions and chose 500 symbols on the drop down. As far as I’m aware I’ve paid $5 for the data feed trial till the end of the month and I’ve paid $10.50 exchange fee for the us equities bundle So if it hasn’t set up correctly, how do we fix this? Can you amend it on your end or do I need to do something? I need to be able to view a list of 300 stocks as per my previous post and I would like to get this all set up as quickly as possible Thanks |

Thanks So does this mean the issue regarding the 500 symbol limit has been resolved? Can you direct me to the place where I can check what I have access to on my account? |

Ok so I found the page where I can update realtime data connections to 500 symbols. But when I try to do it its asking me to pay more money ? I thought the trial was free? Can someone please give me the answers I need so I can get this set up I am new to sierra charts and there is a lot of information to read to learn how to use the software and my 2 week free trial will be over before I get through it all |

You can update the number of symbols here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#DataConnections The data feed does not have a free trial.
