Significant lag in data feed

Hello, for the third day in a row I have had a lag in the data feed every time the market starts to move quickly, this is on the Micro NQ, I am not sure if this is an issue with sierra chart or CQG however each time this has happened I have lost money due to the lag. I updated the latest version of sierra chart so I am not sure what is going on but now that it has happened on multiple occasions I have decided to post as see if you can help. Please let me know if there is anything I can provide for you to figure out what is going on. I have a trading partner and the same thing has happened to him at the same time so I imagine this is not the first time you are hearing about the issue. Look forward to hearing back from you because as of the moment I do not feel safe to trade. Thank you.

Same issue yestarday with Transact version 1941 or 1973 it does not matter when that kind of big volumes in short timeframes come out the dom is following the price while the charts are in delay from 30 sec to 1 min depending from the intensity of the vol spike.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and it is very generous to offer a trial period of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. I would be very interested in trying it out but wanted to check with you to see if this is possible to do with Tradovate being my FCM? If it is possible I would like to try the new exchange, thank you!
